Prebooking Orders

Deposit Requirement: All prebooking orders require a 50% initial deposit. This deposit is essential to secure your order and begin the crafting process.
Turnaround Time: The turnaround time for prebooking orders is 6-8 weeks. This period includes the time needed for meticulous craftsmanship, quality assurance, and final preparations before shipping.
Customization: We specialize in custom tailoring to ensure that every piece fits impeccably. Our team works diligently to meet your specifications and deliver garments that reflect both elegance and quality.

Payment and Deposits

Initial Deposit: A 50% deposit is required at the time of placing your prebooking order. This deposit confirms your order and initiates the production process.
Balance Payment: The remaining balance is due before shipping. You will be notified once your order is ready, and payment details will be provided for the final transaction.

Domestic Shipping Only: We only ship within the USA.
Shipping Confirmation: Once your prebooking order is ready, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Refunds and Exchanges

No Refunds or Exchanges: Due to the bespoke nature of prebooking orders, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.
