Ready-to-Ship Items

• Turnaround Time: All ready-to-ship items from our website have a turnaround time of 2 weeks from the date of purchase.
• Shipping Charges: Standard shipping charges apply to all orders.

Prebooking Orders

• Turnaround Time: For all pre-booked orders, the turnaround time is 6-8 weeks. This period includes the time required for meticulous craftsmanship and quality assurance.
• Deposit Requirement: All prebooking orders require a 50% initial deposit at the time of placing your order. This deposit is essential to secure your order and begin the production process.
• Balance Payment: The remaining balance is due before shipping. You will be notified once your order is ready, and payment details will be provided for the final transaction.

Taxes

• A 4% tax will be added to the price at checkout.

Tracking and Notifications

• Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. This will allow you to monitor the status of your delivery.

No Refunds or Exchanges

• Due to the bespoke nature of our items, we have a strict No Refund and Return Policy. All sales are final.
