Exchange & Refund Policy
At Nuur Luxury Designs, each piece is carefully selected and often made-to-order, which means all sales are considered final. However, we do offer limited exchanges under specific conditions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are only accepted within 7 days of receiving your order, and only in the case of:
- Incorrect item received
- Defective item
Items must be unworn, unused, and with all original tags attached. Once approved, exchanges are subject to product and size availability.
We offer exchanges for the following categories: Luxury Casuals, Semi-Formals, and select ready-to-wear collections only.
❗ Important: Exchanges are NOT applicable on Luxury Formals, Bridal/Wedding collections, custom orders, or any made-to-order items.
Customers are responsible for shipping items back for exchange. We do not provide return shipping labels.
Only one exchange per order is allowed. Exchanges cannot be processed again once completed.
If the exchanged item is of lesser value, the remaining balance will be issued as store credit.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. All purchases are final.
In rare cases where an incorrect or defective item is received, we will gladly arrange an exchange following the conditions outlined above.
